These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Enfoca ("we", "us", or "our"), operated at enfo.ca.
By accessing or using our Services — including browsing our website, purchasing a product, or downloading software — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use our Services. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your account
Some of our products do not require an account — you purchase, receive delivery via email, and that's it. For products that do require an account or API key:

- arrow_forward You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or with your credentials.

3. Products and licensing
Enfoca offers two types of product licenses. The license type is always displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout:
One-time purchase (lifetime license)
- check_circle You pay once and receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product on your personal machines.
- check_circle All future updates to the purchased major version are included at no extra cost.
- check_circle You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the product.
Subscription license
- check_circle You receive access for the duration of the billing period (monthly or annual).
- check_circle Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- check_circle When a subscription ends, your access to the product is suspended. Your data and content remain yours (see section 5).
4. Intellectual property
All Enfoca products, website content, code, designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Enfoca and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our products except as expressly permitted by the license.
5. Your content and data
Your content is yours. All documents, files, outputs, and data you create, edit, or store using Enfoca products belong exclusively to you. We do not access, collect, monitor, or claim any rights over your content.
For products that process your content (such as transcription or analysis tools), your input is used solely to produce your requested output and is not retained, used for training, or shared with anyone.
6. Purchases and payment
- arrow_forward Pricing. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change, but changes will not affect existing purchases or active subscriptions.
- arrow_forward Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize Enfoca and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.
- arrow_forward Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Where required by law, taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- arrow_forward Failed payments. If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until the payment is resolved.
7. Access and delivery
After a successful purchase, we deliver your product through one or more of the following methods:
- download Secure download link — sent to your checkout email. Unless otherwise stated, links are valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads.
- key API key — provisioned automatically and displayed on the confirmation page and in your receipt email.
- mail Onboarding email — detailed next steps sent to your checkout email address.
If your download link expires or you need a fresh one, email hola@enfo.ca and we'll send a replacement.
8. Refunds
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Our full refund policy is available at enfo.ca/refunds. The key points:
- check_circle If a product has a genuine technical issue that prevents it from working, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
- check_circle We do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital products that have been delivered and accessed.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- block Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- block Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Enfoca product.
- block Share, redistribute, or resell your license, API key, or download link.
- block Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services or infrastructure.
- block Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when purchasing or using our products.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to our Services if you violate these terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- info Our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- info Results or outputs produced by our products will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
- info Defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enfoca and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to:
- info Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
- info Costs of substitute products or services.
- info Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
In any case, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. For subscriptions, you can cancel through your account or by contacting us — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our products ends immediately (except for lifetime licenses already delivered).
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Querétaro, Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of our Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
